Installing Creeds ROM 3.5

Hello guys,
Creeds ROM is one of the most successful ROMs for Samsung Galaxy Y. Here is a tutorial on how to install Creeds ROM 3.5.

Creeds ROM 3.5

STEP 1:
Download the .zip files from here!

For Creed_3.5_totoro.zip

For Theme3.5.zip

STEP 2:

Copy-Paste the files into your SD card (Not in any folder)

STEP 3:

Switch off your Samsung Galaxy Y and switch it on in recovery mode. (Pressing Volume UP+Home+Power buttons together, until you see the Galaxy Y logo)

STEP 4:

Use the volume buttons to navigate and home button to select. Clear all the data and then click on apply update from SD card.

STEP 5:

Click on  Creed_3.5_totoro.zip . The ROM will be installed.

STEP 6:

After it is done select 'reboot system now'.

STEP 7:

After you have rebooted, go to the recovery mode again and install the Theme3.5.zip
and reboot. 

STEP 8:

And ENJOY your ICS like experience on your GALAXY Y!

Installing Jelly Blast 3.0.4 ROM (Jelly Bean) on Galaxy Y (+boot animation)

Hello Guys!

With Jelly Bean being released and it is not supported by Samsung Galaxy Y. XDA developers worked out a complete jelly bean themed ROM - JELLY BLAST

Jelly blast is one of the best ROMs developed so far. And no major bugs have been found yet.

Now, Lets get started with the installation process:

STEP 1 :

Download the .zip files from here!
JELLYBLASTV3.signed.zip (main .zip file)
JBVOTA2.zip (update 3.0.2)
JBVOTA3.zip (update 3.0.3)
JBVOTA4.zip (update 3.0.4)
CWM_JellyBean_Bootanimation.zip (boot animation)

STEP 2:

Copy-Paste the files into your SD card (Not in any folder)

STEP 3:

Switch off your Samsung Galaxy Y and switch it on in recovery mode. (Pressing Volume UP+Home+Power buttons together, until you see the Galaxy Y logo)

STEP 4:

Use the volume buttons to navigate and home button to select. Clear all the data and then click on apply update from SD card.

STEP 5:

Click on JELLYBLASTV3.zip. The ROM will be installed.

STEP 6:

After it is done select 'reboot system now'.

STEP 7:

After you have rebooted, go to the recovery mode again and install the JBVOTA3.signed.zip
and reboot. Repeat the process with JBVOTA4 and JBVOTA4. This will update the ROM. (Install each of them separately)

STEP 8:

After you're done, install the CWM_Jellybean_boot.zip in the same manner to get the JellyBean boot animation.

STEP 9:

Install the Add-ons: (optional)

How to root Samsung Galaxy Y - The First Step to Expand the gaze!

Does your phone does not support some apps, or does it slow down?, or is the interface boring?. If yes, then all you need is rooting your phone.
Samsung Galaxy Y has become a huge success prior to its price and its specs. But to get the whole of its system, you need to root your phone by following the steps given below.

1. Download update.zip from here ! and save it on your pc.

2. Connect your Samsung Galaxy Y to the PC and move the file in it. (Do not put the file in any folder)

3. Remove the phone from the PC and switch it off.

4. Switch on the phone in recovery mode (by pressing volume up+home button+power button together)

5. Scroll using volume buttons and wipe all the data (for clicking use the home button).

6. After it is done scroll up to "apply update from sd card".

7. After clicking on it select the "update.zip" you downloaded and press the home button.

8. After it is done, select "reboot system now" and you are done!

Now you have all the root access of your phone, from increasing the clock speed to fancy os', you can do everything
